I absolutely regret to inform that there will be no artwork for Friends’ 1st Anniversary due to art related reasons (improvement and seasonal, if you know what I mean), and so I apologize to everyone who looked forward to it, especially myself even though I wasn’t on the list.

But I still thank you guys for the support.

I really want to say this because it’s been creeping me out for a while.

Despite Mei and I having many things in common such as our hairstyles or personalities, she is NOT a self insert in any way. In fact, I never had the intention to do so. None of my characters are one of these.

I have decided to stop production with the project. It doesn’t mean that I gave up with it, it’ll just be left to a side and there’s a chance that I’ll come back to it about some years later. I am doing this for two reasons:

1. I am not proud of how it turned out even though I know I could improve it. I had realized that the couple wasn’t compatible at all.
2. For the sake of my sanity. Due to my current circumstances, working in multiple projects at once doesn’t seem very healthy, but fortunately, I have a To-Do List and current plans after completing tasks from other projects. In fact, it’s very important to organize yourself. But still, it feels more peaceful to have less things to do. And despite that, I promise that I will release new stories as time passes as I’ve wanted to release them for very long.

And here’s the other news regarding the rest of my projects:

• FRIENDS ‘TILL THE END: The series will take a while to release. This is due to the fact that I’m still an amateur despite how professional my art might look and my lack of confidence due to historical reasons. But still, I will get to work on the newer portraits for the Trio and planning the stories for the issues. Probably because of that, my “primordial focus” will be set on Pale Machine to learn what’ll be necessary to be used in the webcomic.
• SCYTHE’S JOURNEY: The story is stuck in a rut since I realized it was bad and there’s a high chance that I will stop releasing new characters to make it make sense. And because that, there will be a point where the title will change, but for now, it’ll still be the same to serve as a placeholder.
• THE UNPREDICTABLE VISITOR: Catalina’s (the main character) height will be redesigned to make her a bit taller to make the cast more diverse. The ending of the story will possibly change as it is actually a spin-off of the Web Novel series since they’re both set in the same country.

I guess this is a bit of an unstable period, but I hope I can get out of it as soon as possible. Thanks for reading and understanding.

Yeah I like grey robots.

The day has come. One year since I introduced the beginning of a friendship between some twins and a tanuki guy that would unexpectedly change my life… woah.

I can’t really describe why, but this project has been near and dear to me since I conceived it, and more after it came to the public eye. Although it didn’t gain such audience (I guess) and lasted little (I was impatient lol), nothing could stop my affection for it. And now that I’m finally on that spot, I’m closer to make one of my dreams come true.

But the road isn’t all roses and rainbows. Writing slice of life is actually a very complicated genre to write for me by its unpredictability and variety, so it makes me beat my own brains out as someone who needs anticipation before certain events. And don’t forget comics too, they require lots of knowledge. Believe me or not, I used to draw them more often when I was a kid, but after I began taking art seriously, I completely stayed unfocused on them for a long time. Unfortunately as a result (of growing up too), my confidence descended, and trust me, it can be terrible to deal with.

But even despite those obstacles, I believe it will be released, sooner or later. Now, you might doubt my words, but trust me, they’re true. When I was younger, I dreamed of publishing my works to the world. And did it happen? Yes! And this basically the same, but with working on projects, except it’s taking a good while.

As of my progress, I had finished the script for the first issue a few months ago, but I’m to rewrite it to see if I can improve my skills. And how did I come up with that idea, you may ask? In the midst of looking for more advice despite being an experienced writer with some pre-learned advice from my brain and experiences, I couldn’t find any YT channels that I’d follow because I doubted if they were professional or not, and part of this is due to the fact that I’m a visually oriented person as nonsensical as it might sound. So what did I do? Analyze Hazbin Hotel’s writing sins (https://youtu.be/8J9LDJsbWdk?si=3LqOIuqoi0mUsrGR). I don’t exactly know how I got to do this, but I just did; and ever since I wrote it, it became my go-to writing advice for good storytelling. Now don’t scream at me, I know very well you’re thirsty for improving, but no worries! I’m planning on translating the document to English (I actually wrote it in my language lmao, that’s why) so you can level up your skills too.
